Good selection of biscuits, a refill on the cup of tea would have been nice although slightly greedy, maybe a self serve option although wouldn't have been as good.
All very friendly staff and intersting subjects of discussion to take the mind off things

My treatment was dealt with in a very effective and efficient manner,which couldn’t of gone any smoother,and the staff was very polite,personal and professional,which made me feel comfortable and at ease,from the start to the finish of my treatment,well done to everyone involved in my treatment.

Staff were friendly and helped me to feel completely relaxed. Surgery was really well managed and the surgeon made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout the procedure.

Everyone was so eager to please. The doctor was caring and had me taking away to distract myself from the operation, which was short and painless. The staff were quick to offer me drinks and biscuits. Generally an amazing service from start to finish.
